Presentations and Workshops
To gain maximum benefit, the analysed findings can be developed into a presentation style format.
Emphasis is put on making the presentation material succinct and actionable and it provides a full summary of results. The presentation is prefaced with an executive summary and structured to consider each area investigated in turn. The report presents the information in the most appropriate format, with charts, matrices, tables and verbatim comments.
Both the executive summary and main body of the presentation comprise an effective and practical interpretation of the results based on both our experience and the interpretation of the findings.
The presentation/workshops provide the opportunity to discuss both the findings and recommendations in detail enabling client teams to develop appropriate courses of action and/or strategies.
